By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to these terms.

Disclaimer

  • If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

  • I will not accept commissions from blank/empty accounts!

  • I will not alter my current artstyle + I will not draw in someone else's artstyle!

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike

  • NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

  • Nothing is ever intended, by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.

General Information

  • I will ask for you to provide a reference sheet of the character I'll be drawing. I will also ask you for your ideas for the drawing (pose, facial expression, etc.) Please have a clear & consistent digital reference sheet. UNSHADED reference sheets are HIGHLY preferred

  • The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished artwork if no feedback was given to amend it.

  • I have the right to publish any commission I do online + use them as future commission examples, as it is my work.

  • I have the right to decline (and refuse to continue) a commission for any reason.

  • I usually take up to one - two weeks to complete a commission. I don't do rush orders. Please be mindful that I work a full time job outside of commission work.

Payment and Refunds

  • Commissions must be paid upfront via Paypal invoice in USD (please convert your currency if needed).

  • I will not begin the commission until the invoice is paid in full.

  • If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, the commission will be cancelled.

  • About refunds: I am able to provide full refunds only if I haven't started on the commission OR if I am legitimately unable to complete the commission at any point on my part. If I am in the sketch phase, I can provide a 60% refund. If I am in the coloring phase, I can provide a 40% refund. If I am in the final phase of the commission, I can provide a 20% refund.

Once the commission is completed, refunds are not permitted.

  • If a Paypal chargeback is issued at any point throughout the commission, you will lose all rights/ownership from the commission. I will have full rights to the artwork and resell it into a "YCH".

Usage and Crediting

  • Credit to me, the Artist, is not required but appreciated when you post or use it on another platform :)

  • Any artwork received from me must be used for personal use only. Do not sell/use my artwork commercially.

What I Will Draw

  • Canines and felines (both anthro and feral)

  • Almost any mammal (anthro only)

  • Object Ocs/Simple-Shaped Ocs

  • Selfship (Oc x canon)

  • Simplistic backgrounds (solid color, patterns)

I Might Consider

  • Mecha (specifically simplified, like protogens)

  • Dragons/reptilians

  • Birds

  • Sea creatures

  • Humans/Humanoids (NOTE: I'm not super confident with these! Examples can be found here!)

  • Suggestive/NSFW (18+, ONLY FRIENDS MAY ASK FOR THIS, read more HERE!)

What I Won't Draw

  • Overly muscular characters, complex mecha

  • Detailed backgrounds (vehicles, buildings, etc)

  • Macro/hyper anything (including characters)(no giant: breasts, butts, etc.)

  • Anything offensive/hateful/abusive (sexist, racist, phobic content)

  • Self harm (healed scars are OK)

  • Cultural Appropriation

  • Weapons (swords and knives are an exception)
